The deliverable

A condition record the vendor can hand a buyer.

Dated, photo-evidenced, professionally formatted. Useful in the disclosure pack, at open homes, and at appraisal.

  • Listing-quality exteriors. The photographer arrives to a presented property, every time.
  • Documentation for the disclosure pack. A third-party record of observable surface condition, on letterhead.
  • One supplier, built into the workflow. Same team, same standard, same name on the document the buyer reads.

PPR released to the vendor at $220

What the agent gets

Three things you can use at every listing.

Clean exteriors on photography day

The photographer arrives to a presented property. Soft wash for roofs and render, pressure clean for hard surfaces, hand treatment where needed.

A condition record for the buyer

A dated, photo-evidenced Property Presentation Report the vendor can hand to buyers at open homes or include in the disclosure pack.

One supplier, built into the workflow

The same team across every listing. Same standard, same report, same name on the document the buyer reads.

How it fits the campaign

Scheduled around photography, opens, and inspections. The PPR is vendor opt-in at $220 and carries no cost to the agency.

Scope and limits

An honest scope is what makes the report useful

The PPR documents observable exterior surface condition. Nothing more. That clarity is what the agent can defend with the vendor and the buyer.

Be Clean Exteriors is a professional exterior cleaning company, not a licensed building inspector. The PPR sits alongside a building and pest inspection, not in place of one.

Documents Observable exterior surface condition, contamination, and visible cosmetic issues at the time of assessment.
Does not document Concealed conditions, structural defects, subsurface issues, or interior of the building.
Validity Date- and time-stamped. Valid at the time of the visit only.
Liability Limited to the cost of the report.
