The Owner Condition Report documents observable exterior surface condition. That clarity is what makes it useful as a record.
Be Clean Exteriors is a professional exterior cleaning company, not a licensed building inspector. The report does not constitute a building inspection, structural report, defect certification, or a compliance sign-off under the STRA Code. It is a dated record of observable exterior condition, designed to sit alongside your other property records.
Owners on a recurring exterior maintenance plan get the report included, produced each time we service the property. Standalone, it is released within 48 hours of the visit at $220.
